Hotel Terms and Conditions

• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Hotel Marudu Inn. In the interest of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid Identification Card (IC) and/or Passport to check-in.

• Standard Check-in time: 3.00PM, Check-out time: 11.00AM

• Payment by Cheque(s) requires clearance of three (3) working days.

• Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival is not refundable.

• A RM10.00 Tourism Tax per room per night is applicable for non-MyKad Holder & MyPR Holder.

• All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) currency, inclusive of 6% Sales & Service Tax based on the current government taxation policy. In the event of any changes, we reserve the right to amend the room rates accordingly to reflect the new tax rate gazetted by the Malaysian Government.

• Rates advertised on the Hotel website, any other websites or promotional materials are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel’s discretion.

• For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit of RM100.00 per guest room per stay for incidental charges upon check-in. Deposit can be made in cash or by credit card upon check-in time. However, deposit is refundable during check-out provided there are no charges and expenses incurred to guest(s).

• Hotel Marudu Inn is a 100% NON-SMOKING HOTEL. Violation of this rule will be subjected to a cleaning fee of RM300.00 and may be refused of service by our Hotel in future.

• To ensure safety of our guest, all public areas are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

• Please review and follow all the important information such as the emergency evacuation plans, room rules, amenities price list and other information provided in our rooms, lift, lobby & conference room.

• It is your obligation to follow the Federal or State laws or any laws imposed by government.
